Returns & Exchange Policy
At House of Mantra, every piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. We aim to provide a smooth shopping experience and request that you review our returns and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns & Refunds
As a company policy, we do not offer refunds on products once sold. However, eligible products may be exchanged for another size/style or issued a store credit, subject to the conditions mentioned below.
Exchange Policy
If you would like to request an exchange due to size issues, defects, or any other concern, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@houseofmantra.in
Once your request is received, our customer support team will respond within 1–2 business days to guide you through the exchange process. Additional details or photographs of the product may be requested to evaluate the exchange request.
Conditions for Exchange
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Exchanges are allowed only once per order/item.
- Items that have already been exchanged once cannot be exchanged again.
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange or return unless an incorrect or damaged product has been delivered.
- Exchange requests are subject to product availability. In case of non-availability due to fabric inventory being exhausted we offer store credit to purchase any other item of your choice.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue. Once verified by our team, we will assist you with the replacement or exchange process.
International Orders
For international orders, customers are responsible for:
- Return shipping charges
- Customs duties and clearance fees for both return and exchanged shipments
In cases where a damaged or incorrect product has been delivered, shipping charges may be covered by us after confirmation via email.
Product Colours
We make every effort to display product colours as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or monitor settings.

Sale & Promotional Period Terms
During sale periods and promotional events, the following additional terms apply:
- Only select products may be available on discount online or in-store.
- Discounted or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless received in damaged or incorrect condition.
- In the event of pricing discrepancies caused by technical or human error, the final price listed at checkout will be considered valid.
- Orders placed during sale periods may experience dispatch or delivery delays due to high order volumes.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of stock unavailability or quality check failures.
- Store credits or credit notes issued against purchases cannot be redeemed for cash.
- International duties and taxes will be applicable as per the destination country’s regulations and must be borne by the customer.
