CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations will be allowed if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order. After 12 hours the order will be considered as delivered and valid. There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category. We do not have an exchange policy for used products, no matter how rarely used.

  • You have 7 days to exchange / return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the original tags and a receipt or proof of purchase. If you find that the product received by you is in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you hand over the product to the delivery person. An exchange or return will not be accepted in the following cases: 
  • Any return that exhibits physical damage to the product
  • Any product that is returned without all original accessories
  • Any product which has been worn or used for any amount of time or altered or attempted to be altered
  • Any product that has got stained or smells of perfume or body odor or the laces or trims or accessories have come off due to customer handling Refunds Once we receive your item, our QC will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item and will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Refunds will be made in the same way that the payment was made within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of the order or receipt of the returned product duly accepted by our QC.
