Orders

How will I know if the order is successfully placed?

  1. Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email and text message.
  2. How do I track my order?
  3. For your order status, you can go to the ‘My Account’ tab on our website and click on ‘Track Order’. You can track the status of your package, 24 hours after your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

For orders within India, once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking number and the name of the courier company that is processing your order.

  2. Once you are finished selecting your products. Click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’ and enter the promo code there.
  3. How do I determine the right fit for a dress?

Please refer to our size chart, for your perfect fit.

  1. How do I add items to my wishlist?

You will have to log in to our website to start adding items to your wishlist.

How can I find which products have offers on them?

The quick view option of the product will mention in case there is an offer available on it.

  1. Do you make customized outfits?

All our outfits are ‘made to order’, as per the style pictures and colours posted. 

Though few of our products have the option of customization. You will be able to see that in the product description.
