Cancellations, Return & Exchange

At House of Mantra, we make products with the utmost care and ensure strict quality control. All garments are made-to-order and we do not accept returns.  However, in the following scenarios it is possible to exchange the item(s) ordered.

Manufacturing defect :  Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked by our Quality Control team. If you receive an item, which is faulty or damaged, please write to us at within 3 days of receipt of the order.

We will be able to exchange items with manufacturing defect after running a stringent quality check process on receipt of the return. We will send you an email confirming that the return has been accepted. Cost of the return will be borne by the customer. The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.

Once the return is accepted we will re-make the same item and send it for you within 14 working days. If for any reason we are unable to re-make the same item, we will refund the cost of the product. 

Incorrect size :  We will be happy to alter if the item(s) received are of an incorrect size. If you need an exchange for a different size because of sizing issues, please write to us at within 3 days of receipt of order. For an item to qualify for exchange please ensure the returned item(s) are unworn and in the same condition as it was purchased in with  its original packaging along with original tags. It would be necessary to provide all financial transaction details, along with bills/invoices provided.

Once the returned item(s) reach our warehouse, we will alter or exchange and send it back to you within 14 working days. Cost of return will be borne by the customer.


If you return your item(s) by post or courier, please email us at with your name, address, order number, reason for returning the item(s), shipping agency and tracking number of the parcel. House of Mantra will not and cannot be held responsible for items lost in post, damaged in transit or held at customs.

All custom made orders are excluded from the returns policy.

For Non apparel items received in a Damaged or Defective condition you may request a replacement at no extra cost. Replacement is subject to availability of stock. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund.  You may however, look at alternate existing stock and order a replacement from the same, subject to the same or lower price. 

Made-to-order/custom products cannot be replaced or returned.
